Day-Of Coordination

Base price is $1150 and includes:

  • Two additional in-person meetings, including a thorough walkthrough of venue
  • Phone calls as needed
  • Unlimited emails and text messages
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Vendor confirmation
  • Ensuring that vendors adhere to your contracts and your wishes
  • Detailed timeline and layout creation and distribution
  • On-site guidance at rehearsal for 2 hours
  • On-site assistant
  • Set-up of the venue based on your specifications and materials that you provide (e.g., programs, signage, menus, place cards, gift table, guest book, favors, centerpieces)
  • Day-of ceremony/reception/vendor coordination for 10 hours
  • Access to wedding day emergency kit
  • Break-down of the venue after the event (including packing up materials and helping load them into the correct vehicle or disposing of them, collecting cards, gifts, guest book, mementos, etc. for safe keeping)

Partial Planning

Base price is $1650 and includes:

  • Three additional in-person meetings
  • Phone calls as needed
  • Unlimited emails and text messages
  • Budget guidance
  • Assistance with venue selection
  • Assistance with vendor selection
  • Design (color palette, style, etc.) and theme for all aspects of the event (rental or purchase of décor is additional based selections)
  • On-site guidance at up to two tastings and two site visits
  • Detailed timeline and layout creation and distribution
  • Vendor confirmation
  • Ensuring that vendors adhere to your contracts and your wishes
  • Primary point of contact with all vendors the week of the event
  • On-site guidance at rehearsal
  • On-site assistant
  • Wedding Day management and coordination
  • Set-up of the venue based on design and theme. Materials may be additional (e.g., programs, signage, menus, place cards, gift table, guest book, favors, centerpieces)
  • Access to wedding day emergency kit

For all packages, weddings with 150 guests or more, or two locations will require an onsite assistant at an additional $200.

Base price is $3650 and includes:

  • Up to six additional in-person meetings
  • Phone calls as needed
  • Unlimited emails and text messages
  • Budget creation
  • Assistance with venue selection
  • Assistance with vendor selection
  • Design (color palette, style, etc.) and theme for all aspects of the event (rental or purchase of décor is additional based selections)
  • On-site guidance at three tastings and three site visits
  • Detailed timeline and layout creation and distribution
  • Vendor confirmation
  • Ensuring that vendors adhere to your contracts and your wishes
  • Primary point of contact with all vendors
  • RSVP tracking
  • Organizing transportation and hotel accommodations as needed
  • Rehearsal management and coordination
  • Wedding Day management and coordination
  • Two on-site assistants
