If you are dissatisfied with the product or it is defective, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days.

For defective products, please attach a photo of the product explaining the problem.


Return refunds


The amount paid for the products will always be refunded to the original payment method used in the order.


Once we have received your return, we will send you an e-mail within 5 working days.


After we issue the refund, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be reversed in your account.


In the event of a refund of the total amount of the purchase due to dissatisfaction, the amount relating to freight will not be refunded, unless the reason is a defect in the product.

Manufacturing defect guarantee


If your item is defective within 6 months of purchase and the problem is related to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product with a new one.
